Godzilla 54 and Mechagodzilla 74 in the 12" series for $130 is a really nice price. I'm glad they're being brought over. I've been paying around $250 for each of them ever since I started collecting these. The 10" ones will be even cheaper.

In the timeline of X-plus releases, were these two released a wile ago in Japan or more recent? I'm trying to gauge whether or not they'll release some of the earlier X-plus figures. Namely Hedorah final form.

I've only had the one transaction with them and it went smoothly. I hear lately, people are having some hiccups with them being slow to ship things out. Like they have the item in stock, but seemingly forget to ship it out until you email them asking about it. I can't confirm though.

They were older. Both were released in 2011.

has anyone purchased from Anime Island ?

I haven't had any problems with them.

I'm pretty sure this is legitimate. Godzilla 54 and Mecha were the two that were shown at Toy Fair earlier this year. Like I said, this could be great news for those thinking about jumping into this line if those prices are any indication.

I'm a bit annoyed. I'm a member of an X-Plus collectors group on facebook. This new guy joined the group and stole a picture I took of my collection and claimed it was his. People on the internet are weird.

That is dumb. He must be a pretty sad creature to do that. A bit pitiable.

Yeah. It'd been up for awhile and he was asking other members about which ones he was missing and thanking them for their compliments about his collection. When I called him out on it, the post immediately disappeared. He must have been watching it all day. If that's not lame, I don't know what is.

equally as odd , Brad seems to be defending him . why would someone feel flattered ? what's next ? he's gonna borrow pictures of my wife and claim she is his wife ?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought Brad's comment was weird as well. Anyone can see exactly what the guy did. Somebody asked him to post his collection in his welcome thread and he said he just needed to get his camera and take some pictures. Then he probably googled "X-Plus collection" and stole my picture. Flat out lied to the whole group in his first post and Brad says "No harm done".

The guy who stole my pic blocked me so I can't see any of his posts and if he posts any more of my collection pics as his own and the group mod doesn't want to kick him out. Apparently he's been posting in the group like nothing happened all day. What an a-hole.
