No, it was a 1/1 scale for the recent Event in HK.

They mentioned it when they first announced their diecast line though, it's something that will happen for sure.

Looks weird, to be honest I just don't think it fits in well as a figure.

If she had her own Rescue suit formed around her body shape than okay but the proportions it has now just doesn't match well.

Would love a sculpt of her though to have. I still find it weird how they do both Tony and Rod but have not yet done a Pepper sculpt after she's been in 4 movies.

Yet they make a $190 Barbie with two mini pistols and people are crazy over it.

I wouldn't buy a figure of her, I'm not bashing those who bought Black Widow or anything but when I see it I can't see anything but a $200 barbie. So it's just something that's not my cup of tea. It's just how I view it, nothing against those who like it but it's just how I see it. I just wouldn't mind seeing a sculpt from Hot Toys of her.

I think she deserves one.

That's what I mean. We don't really need a full figure of her but I wouldn't mind them throwing out a head sculpt of her.

I got a note from Josh today at Alter Ego in regards to the lack of discount on this figure that you normally get and his response was the following...

"We've been severely limited in the quantity we can sell of this figure, so we unfortunately can't discount it and remain cost effective. It doesn't mean no Hot Toys items will be discounted, but we can't predict what restrictions may be applied on future releases. Sorry I didn't have a simpler answer, if you have any questions, please let me know."

I wonder if this is coming from Sideshow or these die-cast figures going to have a shorter production number.

Still think they should have gave some discount. No reason to buy from them anymore, you save more just buying from SSC and getting their reward points. Shame really, was holding out on buying so that I can order from them.

Yeah I know but with this figure you only get about $5 worth compared to SSC where you get $15.

I preordered mine from BBTS before their PO's sold out. I just didn't want to commit 100% to this so early. A lot can change in 11-13 months. It makes sense what Alter Ego said in that they are being limited in availability.

Both IP and Mark XLII sold out of preorders on BBTS faster then I have ever seen a HT figure do before.

This may mean that these are going to be shorter production run pieces and there will be less all together then previous mark releases.

Who knows for sure. It is so early in the game and HT is so bad about communication.

I'm confident that there will be plenty. Not everyone can buy a $300 dollar figure or is willing to. It's just another hype. Everyone want hot toys first diecast. It's only sold out due to no nrd at bbts. Can cancel anytime. They might end up with so much figure at that time. So ill wait one year no problem. These pre-orders mean hot toys can have a round about number they could produce. And then some. If all pre-orderes come in at 5000- 10,000 then they will make that much. We will never know the limited units being made.
