Strange problem here; did anyone who undid the vest find it nearly impossible to get the button snaps done back up? Mine just don't seem to click into place. Namely the middle one, no matter how I line it up, it won't go into place.

I had that problem too. After a few seconds, I had that sinking feeling that I broke it... And I did.

So these button snaps are so delicate that they break if you dare to undo them? A little disappointing on a 300 dollar figure lol

i bought my self a loose DX01 from rollingj on here. I Didn't want to pay ebay prices for DX11 clothes it would be stupidly high. I think the V1 looks fine for interrogation, little dirtier and beat up compared to dx11 more clean and bright look.

If it was just a matter of colors then I'd agree. Unfortunately, the fit and construction is pretty crap on the V1 outfit.

Here is the DX01 outfit on regular side by side with the new DX11. What parts I can see of the suit it totally looks on par with the Kato suits making this figure totally worth a rerelease just on its own

Can anyone who owns both the Kato suit and the 2.0 comment on the differences? would it be worth an upgrade?

I don't like the bright color of the new cape and the material used too...
however it has a nice tailoring.. I have bought only the grey jacket of the dx 11, for the rest I will keep my first dx..money is not well spent for this release in my opinion..at the end I like the diorama...

The tailoring is awesome on this thing... the overcoat feels so soft and thin.

The PERS system is a bit weird... the stick is so short and stiff to move. Granted it doesn't seem fragile like DX01, but a pain in the *** to use for me... have to use my fingernails.

Sculpt paint apps are amazing. I'm not bothered by the slight shine at all as the sculpts depict moments where he's a bit greasier and sweatier. Very good variations, with a bit of his skin showing here and there. The older sculpts look very cheap next to these.

Cheap?, no way..only thing that bothers me a tad about the older DX01 and Bank Robber sculpts is the seam at the hairline other then that those are great sculpts and the paint is just as good IMO.

:exactly::goodpost::pfft:
and these are hand painted not like the dx11...:pfft::nana::lol

I don't see how one can not see that these paint apps/quality is much more crisp, detailed, and realistic than DX01 or Bank Robber. I have them all in-hand.

Bank Robber is definitely a dated paint application. It's very flat and a bit mushy. The eyes certainly don't have that same level of clarity.

DX01 also doesn't have the same depth of tonal variation in the paint. Flat but not mushy like Bank Robber.

The new coat colour seems a bit too clean and I can imagine some weathering will take it down a notch but looking at the mobsters meeting scene it looks like the new coat is a better match.
More importantly looking at the two the old coat is too thick looking and the new one looks thinner much closer to the real look downscaled. Tailoring is no comparison almost no futzing needed at all and it al looks good. I attribute that again to the superb tailoring and selection of material.
I was happy with the old clothing but now having both and if I needed to get rid of either one in parts of completely the old one will go completely
