Wow, now I'm curious. That remote HAS GOT to open the holster. What else could it possibly be. Robocop doesn't even do much more than that to begin with. Oh, and I like how, suddenly, this will have DIECAST parts in it too. These companies man, they keep trying to one-up each other (I LOVE IT!).

Ok....so now it'd HT endo, 1/4 dkr, EB robo and IP iron man. That's a lot of cash that I don't have!!!! I'm gonna have to put this guy first I think...

OH I KNOW! Hand "thing" will deploy by remote control command. Yep, I think I got it!

"Over a year of development , evaluation, testing to enhance the level of HD ROBOCOP with plenty of new unique function, including the infrared control of Holster component to shift the gun out and close it back, It is now almost to the end of completion and ready move to Production. Really Excited Project, JUST BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION."

Sounds interesting. From the pics its impossible so far to tell that its any better than the 18inch NECA. Of course it will be but so far the pics don't show you that.

I thought so :woo Can't wait for this. :rock

That feature is pretty cool. Between this and the Weller head it's looking like a purchase. Someday soon will be known as RoboCop day like the glorious day that was the 3rd of April 2012.

Does anyone know for sure that they have Weller's likeness? He's never given/sold the rights before. The only figure I know of with Peter Weller's face is the Horizon kit from 1989. Although I can't imagine Enterbay doing a figure without a character/actor's likeness.

With Enterbay nothing is ever sure until the full pics and specs are out or until you have the figure in your hand.

That's a pretty cool gimmick... definitely a fun thing to show off to friends when looking at the piece. However, if the standard is $400 for a 1/4... this thing is going to be over $500.

No, you're right, they are making a Robocop figure with someone elses face on it. In fact it's a Robocop with Bills face.

There is always someone that has to bring up this "likeness" non-sense.

It's not always non-sense... I don't think any of the high-end figures have had Weller's likeness. The first Robocop from HT was pretty close, but that was just the mouth area versus the reveal head we're seeing here.

However, having said that... from what was shown yesterday the reveal head so far does look like Weller.

Errr...you say that like as though it isn't very possible or even likely that they don't have Peter Wellers likeness.
