Just wrapped around his waist. Give me a second and I'll do a quick diagram of how it's wrapped.

Here ya go, hopefully this makes sense:

It's actually two pieces one for each side but it's hard to depict that with colors. The red runs to the green underneath the flap on the front and the blue runs to the red underneath the flap in the back.

I had to shave down the tab on mine to get it to insert properly into the leg.

Was just thinking
For the mesh on the visor
I'm thinking of using
Window screen (stuff that keeps flies out :p) that has been lightly varnished

Just a thought
Only thing I can think of in a scale that small that's easy to find

Just got my City Hunter in last Friday through BBTS they are instock there right now if your looking to pick this guy up... Think he looks good ether in BD or normal modes... Mine is set up for BD mode though have him next to my Classic P2 to have both looks going on... Ill of course switch it up and have City Hunter in non BD every once and a while...

i found a better solution for the eyes...

i found this very fine metallic mesh at michael's in the jewelry section, and i drybrushed it with black

then i pulled out the stock eyes and placed the mesh on top of them and installed them back in the mask

here he is all finished. i also did Dedguy's codpiece tie mod, thanks for the tips on that ;). i dont think it looks as good, but its good enough for me

WOW!!! your customization's have made a tremendous impact to this figures look. I'm actually really tempted to pick one up now so I can imitate your work. if you could fix his left elbow some how I would say he was perfect.

Odd, the ties look good. I personally think that's the one fairly simple mod anyone can do that makes a pretty distinct impact on the figure's appearance. Gives him more of that rough and tumble hunter look.

Thanks Predator1221! I hated the elbow too when I saw pics, but now that I have it in hand it doesn't bother me as much. It's definitely not right, the ball part of it is too big IMO, but I'm able to overlook it now

Dedguy, I agree completely. Thanks again for the tutorials!

This includes the new bag I made. Made the bag from leather and sculpted my own bones so I could add actual string wrapping to them.
