Just got him in the mail. Grabbed him off eBay for $140ish.

Nice figure. LOVE the cloak. HS is one HT's best. May have to send him back though - he's missing an eye. ;-)

I'm debating on buying this figure for my new HT collection. I loved the Thor movie and was really surprised they didn't release Loki from this movie too. Anthony Hopkins is a great actor, I'm glad that HT decided to immortalize him!

I got my Odin today, and I have to say he looks much better in hand than in any pictures I've seen. He's an absolutely stunning figure, and one of the best Hot Toys have done. The likeness is spot on, much better than Thor (who is great as well). A horse or a throne would be immense, but I doubt we'll ever see Hot Toys make any diorama pieces like that.

GREAT IDEA OF THE DAY:

Why does not HT make an Asgardian throne and sell it as a separate prop? If we wanted to put Odin in it, good. If we wanted to put Thor in it, good. And if we wanted to put Loki in it, all scheme-y and everything.... good.

Everyone would win! This should happen now.

Glad to see this thread back at the top! Odin doesn't get nearly enough love... A truly underrated figure. I pulled this guy out and set him on my MOTUC photo setup just to give him a little attention today.
