I'm just so excited to have some form of BD T1 figure in my collection finally, I love the T-800 BD looks and NECA's been first to deliver on T1 and T2 and for now, is the only one for T1, would be nice is they did a 12" version.

I just hope they continue the series. Atleast one more wave. Id still like to see;

I thought they made a eye surgey version, I think I have that one on the way, its the one with the technoir outfit with the right sleve rolled up.

Word, I would love some more neca 12" terminator stuff, I got there t2 bd and t2 pasadaro escape and there cool, not hot toys but I would totally collect all they put out in that size.

I meant a figure based on his look when he is actually performing the surgery. I believe he was wearing a grey sleeveless shirt and had bandages wrapped around his damaged arm.

Correct, he'd changed into the undershirt he'd later wear for the police assault and tanker chase and had wrapped his hand and forearm in bandages. Given the lack of posability, NECA should have made the damaged Tech Noir figure a sitting figure with a little table diorama instead of a figure that just stands, you really can't get the look right as it is.

Since they made T2 3D T-800, I think it'd be cool if they did a leather jacket no shirt T-800 like the poster.

Great idea. They seem to always include a T-800 in each figure wave, so that or the eye surgery T-800 would work perfectly. Final wave;

Reading through Neca's twitter, it's pretty clear they're done with Terminator for now, which is gutting. There's plenty of things I'd love to see, particularly Sarah and 2029 soldiers. They do seem to have run out of Arnie's to make, which is probably a big issue. Some figure/variant ideas (with part re-use in mind):

-Sarah Connor (Dyson Residence/Weapons cache) with her silenced assault rifle, handgun and knife.

-Sarah Connor (Steel Mill) Different head, shotgun, terminator arm.

-T-1000 (Sarah Connor Disguise) Added bullet hole and glitching feet.

-T-1000 (Steel Mill Interogation) Split torso, metal rod.

-T-1000 (Non-Lazy Liquid Nitrogen Version) With added broken limbs.

-T-1000 (Exploded) Maybe too much resculpting needed, but an obvious varient.

-Kyle Reese (Bomb manufacture) Short-sleeved top, home-made explosives and handgun.

-Kyle Reese (Factory Showdown) Different coat and battle damage, home-made explosive and metal rod.

-T-800 (Factory Showdown Endoskeleton) Removable Limbs --- this could be a good opportunity to add better leg articulation to the endo.

-T-800 (Cyberdyne Escape) A mix of existing parts with the smoke-grenade launcher and breathing apparatus.

+ Of course 2029 versions of Kyle Reese and John Connor.

Nice. Never seen them all MIB like that before. Those T-1000s you're better off leaving in the box anyway. I guarantee they'd break if you took them out. Even my liquid metal T-1000s head just fell off the other day. Just like that, off it came. I didn't even have a hold of the head.

Yeah I don't open these ones. They looks a lot better in package. The only reason I ever opened any of the Rocky stuff was because of the improved material and paint work.

Yeah me to kinda, but I don't have that many, I got like 6 I think and I only opened one endo. I also got a few others from some other lines like the chris redfield and couple of street fighters I opened aswell.

I had a chance to get the Biker T-1000 last weekend but thinking about everything else I'd like to get, I just wasn't wowed enough and I wasn't going to buy him just to have the look to be a completist, maybe I'll change my mind, and I'm not to impressed with the effect on the frozen biker, and the donut head one just feels a bit redundant to the other 2 I already have, just a new head.

I definitely plan to end up with a Police Shootout figure and a Tech Noir T-800, and if I can find one for cheap ever, or they put it out again, an Endoskeleton.

I've read a lot of heat about the Reese sculpt, but I actually think it's really good, it's just the poor eye paint job that really hurts it, the whites are almost the same shade as his skin and because of that, the lighter iris gets lost too, whiter whites and a darker iris and this would really pop.

I think the biggest T1 dissappointment from NECA is the hair on the spikey T-800 heads, I'm a bit surprised where they usually are sharp on details and accurracy, they ended up so similar to T2 with his hair instead of capturing the more distinct T1 look, and it's not as though they had to for the sake of posability or anything.
