Got mine today, very disappointed in the quality control. Has 4 problems i noticed. First the thumb holding the lightsaber looks to have been broken and not even attempted to be repainted. Next it has a black smudge mark on the head above the headband and a big one on the stomach. Then on her back looks like some kind of growth. Going to have to request a replacement or she is going back. Any info on where to send replacement requests to Sideshow?

Wow that's pretty outrageous! I I'd throw a hissy-fit in your case if it had a QC sticker.

I had a hard time getting the saber to work but after adjusting the arm it works real well.

I think the ex you will still be able to get at retail if you wait. Some people just wants to even out because they don't like it.

LOL, can't really do that. Sideshow has already shipped it tonight and she's already in FedEx's hand. I really don't care about the helmet anyways.

I tried again with no luck?!? I clean the metal connecting tip. I blew into the socket for dust. Push and push to get it tight. But still not lighting up. :/ crap I will tried to contact SS. I hope the base is not mess up otherwise no ex replacements.

No it's not, you can swap it back and forth with the reg plant thing. The trooper helmet really does add to the base.

Wait, what's in the trooper helmets place? I didn't know it was a swap out piece, I thought it just layed on top of the base.

Nevermind, I looked via the zoom feature, and I see it now. I still prefer the no helmet look and even had I got the EX, I would never display it.

The only thing this statue has going for is the light up feature. The brightness is amazing. However, I don't like the fabric choice done by ssc.

Finally opened mine up last night and she is a beauty. I'm very satisfied and glad I made the difficult choice of adding this non essential character to my collection.

Like others I had to play with the arm to get the lightsaber working but once it did wow!

I also thought her face was painted well. Eyes in the same direction and I had no qc issues. I thought her clothes look good. I thought I wasnt going to like her top cuz out wasn't enough but in person it looks fine.

All in all a great addition to my sw collection
