I guess, I have to stop putting to much into what I know about some DC comics. I know there are more then one but the 1st one is Helena Wayne.

Actually its not that you put too much into DC comics, you obviously haven't read enough DC comics or a big enough fan of the animated series. Bertinelli has been around for a couple decades and is the one you see in animated series like Batman and Justice League. Shes also had about 500 more DC comic appearances than Helena Wayne even though Helena may be an older character.

Your right to a point. I only know her as Helena Wayne, I even heard she is also Gay? I don't know. What I was just saying is I was at the time a fan of the Green Arrow (before he lost his money, I heard that also?).

I have all the Blues that have came out, I have not bought a comic in has to be 18 years. I live in a place where you cannot buy them from a shop. Yes I know I can order them online. But I can also buy them online too (Sorry old school, I want paper).

I like the show and I will keep watching. But if they make Terminate (if its Slade) a Pi##y that is something I cannot just forget.

Big casting news!!

Crixus is coming to Arrow!

Spartacus fan favorite Manu Bennett has been cast in a major role in The CW’s breakout superhero drama.

Bennett, best known as Sparty’s right-hand man and sometimes adversary on the Starz action series, is playing Slade Wilson on Arrow.

For fans of the Green Arrow comics, that character is a big one. In the comics, Wilson eventually becomes a major villain in the franchise — Deathstroke (whom we’ve already seen briefly in a flashback, masked, played by another actor). Like with the question of if/when Laurel Lance will become the Black Canary, sources won’t comment on whether Wilson will become Deathstroke, an insider simply said, “You’ll just have to keep watching Arrow.”

Here’s what we can tell you: As seen in flashbacks, Slade Wilson and Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will form an uneasy alliance on the island of Lian Yu.

The buffed-out Bennett will make for a potentially physically worthy adversary for star Amell on the series, which has been on a strong casting streak lately. John Barrowman has been a welcome addition, and Jessica De Gouw showed some compelling chemistry with Amell this week.

Bennett is currently committed to appearing in multiple episodes of the show. He will also appear in the upcoming final season of Spartacus, and has a role as an orc chieftain in The Hobbit. Arrow airs Wednesdays on The CW.

This is going to be good. The only problem is the other one was not a actor. He is a stuntman. They are going to have to really speed him up. But then again, its TV.

On the Band Wagon. Give me.

Minor spoilers for 2 episodes ahead.....

Cool news. Amell was one of the finalists for the re-cast role of Spartacus that ultimately went to Liam McIntyre. Amell finally gets to act on the same screen with Bennett now.

Very heavy episode leading up to next weeks mid season finale, I am kind of confused about next week though...

More casting news:

The CW's "Arrow" is continuing its embrace of DC Comics mythology with the addition of "Teen Wolf" alum Colton Haynes in a recurring role as Roy Harper, TV Guide reports. He'll debut on the Feb. 20 episode, titled "Dodger."

The character has a long comic-book history, dating back to his introduction in 1941 as Green Arrow's sidekick Speedy and continuing through to the present in his identity as Arsenal. In between, he was a member of the Teen Titans and the Justice League, and an agent of Checkmate.

On "Arrow," Roy is "a handsome, street-savvy, teenager from the Glades, the harsh, poverty-stricken portion of Starling City" who will serve as a love interest for Oliver Queen's (Stephen Amell) younger sister Thea (Willa Holland), who's nicknamed "Speedy" (though for her partying ways rather than her proficiency with a bow). According to the network, Roy is "destined to become a significant part of her life and an important player in the larger world of 'Arrow.'"

News of Haynes' casting arrives just two months after the surprise announcement that the 24-year-old actor wouldn't be returning for a third season of MTV's hit "Teen Wolf."

I'm not sure if it's ok to speculate but I put in spoiler tags just in case.

Watched the midseason finale last night. The show is pretty good overall, but I have two criticisms.

One, why does he get so bent out of shape about other vigilantes? He tells Helena that killing is wrong and then goes right out and kills a bunch of people. And now he's all mad that the other archer guy is killing people from the list that he himself is following?

I know they're doing this for the sake of the plot. They need Ollie to have antagonists and to show that he's killing for (supposedly) noble reasons. But I think they're writing all this pretty weakly. Or they're making Ollie look like an idiot hypocrite.

My other criticism is how bad Ollie looks on the island. Do they really think having Ollie button his shirt up all the way to the top is going to hide those hulking muscles? :lol Why didn't they just give him a shirt that's huge on him, so he looks like he's emaciated. Instead, he looks like he's going to burst out of that shirt!

Honestly it's the horrible Donald Trump combover for me. As far as mid-season finales go, I liked it. I thought that they advanced the main plot well to keep me interested for the 2nd half of the season. Though I'll admit I rolled my eyes from some of the homages (or is it outright cribbing)
from the Nolan films. :slap

Yeah, that wig is distarctingly bad.

I also agree about him having problems with other vigilantes killing. He says he only kills when has to to justify his murders, but considering he has no legal authority to kill anyone, it's still murder. Who is he to get all pissy when the other vigilantes aren't murdering bad guys the "right" way?

That girl was only in it for revenge. She just wanted her father (and co) dead. Oliver's trying to make a difference and even says "I only kill when it's absolutely necessary". She didn't care who she killed.

I've noticed a lot of similarities to the Batman movies as well. Even the music sometimes.

So what, he's stilll murdering people. Becuase he feels his motivations are more justified, that makes it ok? The old, "do as I say, not as I do" defense.

Yes he's still killing people, but only because he has to in certain situations. She simply didn't care. If someone was in her way, she would take them out. He treats human life with value and you can tell that he doesn't want to kill anyone, but sometimes he has to. When he sees another vigilante not even bothering to spare people, obviously he's going to be annoyed by it.

It's not like he's walking down the road shooting innocent people or anything.
