For my new one I will be using the bootsof a solid snake 12" resin kit. But just the feet.

I have installed a ball joint inside and covered them with the top parts of the metal boss boots that I shortened a bit.

Yeah Those are perfect, nice and streamlined sculpt. I want to grab the Meryl kit too to do Meryl in sneaking suit.

I've always wanted to grab their Psycho Mantis kit but I would be terrible at painting.

I just used the mask and head, that mask was spot on.

Yeah it's more based on the MGS4 mask than the PSX or GC version. I actually prefer it since it's more sinister looking.

That's funny you mentionne Mantis, a few days ago I decided to start reworking on him and makes him when he appeared with the trenchcoat.

Looking forward to building because it will be fun modifying the body. I'm going to grab the gas mask from the new Soldier Story FBI figure for it.

I really wish someone would make some high quality FOXHOUND coats, honestly I'd buy one for every member of Liquid's unit.

It would be a perfect time to make one since The Boss is coming out and you can buy a loose Patriot to go with him. I have one I modded off a M4 and a C-Mag.

It's not even the sculpt that is the problem, it was their awful pain job which really hurt it.

It's long overdue that he got some love, Medicom only got the license for MGS3 and 4. I would kill for a MGS2 Snake done by HT, as much as MGS1 is iconic MGS2 Snake is pure badass

I was really turned off by MGS2 when your forced to play as Raiden, but when you play the story and you realize the whole purpose of it was to break the fourth wall and force the player to do something they didn't want to do, you can appreciate it. And also if gave Snake a new image since you have to see him through someone else's eyes and it cemented him as top badass of the series.

Not weird at all, I love MGS1 Snake a lot. But knowing HT how they are, if they end up doing Snake, I would prefer a MGS2 Snake since they would do a one and done with Solid Snake.

In a fantasy world we would get both from HT.

Not that big a fan of the MGS3 sneaking suit. I'm even LESS of a fan now that I hear about how much it restricts articulation.
I don't have the medicom figure, so can someone recommend a good set of replacement cammo for Big boss?
