Guess it takes all kinds. I thought his artwork was attrocious and his writing even worse. Cable was a predictable snoozefest and Deadpool only got good when stripped from Liefeld.

In all honestly, do you like anything? Over the years, you've left me with this continued impression that bashing the contributions of others leaves you with a sense of smug superiority. I'm not saying that I always disagree with you, by any means. You make some fine points ... occasionally, and then some. Maybe I'm missing the contributions to this forum in which you're genuinely and positively excited about something. (I don't look at everything. I haven't the time.)

Maybe the "insane troll logic" remark was out of line (or just a reference to a great episode of "Buffy The Vampire Slayer'), but I stand by my statement that I'm not attacking Nam.

Read back through my posts, instead of just picking and choosing quotes. I'm asking questions. I'm seeking to understand. What's Nam's continued beef? Why the constant need to antagonize?

I'm often reminded by his posts of a stereotypically high school bully. It's a bit baffling.

I started posting to SSF years ago ... around 2002, I think. I formed quite a few long-lasting friendships on this board. I've maintained contact with quite a few people over several years outside of the board ... through e-mail, Facebook, telephone, what-have-you ...

But I've heard a similar statement from so many of them over the past few years, in attempts to explain why they no longer visit SSF, and why they find the online experience here to be unrewarding. Nearly every one of them notes thenammagazine as their reason behind their deteriorating presence here, noting his overly-hostile presence on so many threads.

So, yes. I'm dying to understand what it is about this singular troll that has driven from Sideshow Freaks the presence of so many of this board's valued members. Nam, your posts are typically unpleasant and hostile. Why?

I wasn't trying to make a statement right or wrong, I just thought it was funny how he was trying to be diplomatic, then Mrclean just came in and Boom headshot, but you could see they both were saying the same thing!

I know exactly where hes coming from and what you mean, Rook posts on the Star Wars area and seems pretty level headed, I wasn't trying to get in the mix, just thought the difference in the two approaches was hilarious. I was interjecting some humor, not taking sides.

I didn't belittle anybody here, merely pointed out that I dislike Liefeld and if you look, you'll notice I didn't insult him for liking him, but simply implied "it takes all . I'm guessing Rook was just bored from faceplanting the sidewalk so he must've decided it's time to troll me for his embarrassment of liking Liefeld. The fact of the matter is, since leaving the Star Wars boards behind years ago, Rook rarely sees the contents of any of my posts. I'll never understand it either. I actually cringed when finding out he was doing an issue of a comic I enjoyed back in the day. But a LOT of geeks flocked to his **** like bugs to a zapper.
