No probs and the finish does look incredible! This thing is going to be a beast on display. :rock

The Monger looks absolutely awesome (albeit a bit under scale), but to photograph it next to one of the worst figure HT ever made? (No offense jay, the quality of your pics are not the problem here) Quick! OMG pics please!

Good thing they aren't my pictures then. :lol

Well, to be fair, I think he was going for movie accuracy over what figure might look best with him. Since the MK III in its battle damaged state is what fought Monger, we are all kinda stuck with that one until HT does a new version.

And I do hope they do a new version. ;)

:exactly:

If he'd gone for MK IV you'd have people saying why is he using the wrong suit. :gah: :lol

Yeah I understand what he tried to do. I certainly thank him for posting this fast and I know he's one of the best photogs out there. The BD Mark III is still one ugly fig.

That looks fantastic! Finish looks perfect and details up close will be amazing. I know some still feel it's under scale, which it may be, but it looks more realistic to 'actual world scale' to me. When I watch the film it feels like the CG renders alternate between 2x the size of IM (when he's shaking him around like a rag doll) to closer to this HT scale (when he picks up the car). I prefer this personally. Because of how wide and massive Monger is, as well as height, Displaying a 24" Monger next to a 12" IM would trick the eye unto thinking the Monger is at a different scale (1/5 or larger?)

Seeing how massive (height and width) he is in this pic next to a 12" IM feels more 'right' to me.

I feel the same way. All Ob was shooting for was a bigger walking gun. Besides if HT'S made one twice the size of the Mark 3. It would cost us, what $675?

Looks awesome. They need to close the lid though. Having it open shows how there is no way fully intact human could fit in there.

Can't wait to see more pics!

This is probably related to the fact that the Obidiah head is in 1/6 scale and the Monger is more like 1/7. Stick looks great tho. Can't wait to get this.

One inch higher and Monger would've been an almost perfect 1/6th. But at least we have it now and it looks awesome with the top down.
