Happy Sunday night, Gents!

School's been great. Half my class is going to Boston next weekend for about six days for a radiation therapy conference. I can't wait.

Only problem is, my dog got real sick this week. She seems better right now. I just hate leaving her for so long when she needs me.

And, it's party hard! :lecture

Man, I need to get out to Boston sometime. Hopefully you can all get out and have some fun!

What kind of dog do you have?

I only party hard during nakedtime. :lol

I have two Shiba Inus, one is about 12 and doing fine, but the young one at 3 1/2 was just having major trouble breathing so we're pretty sure it's chylethorax. Not good.

:(

That stinks, stormy. :(

Are you gonna get him/her some surgery?

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Upon research, the surgery would be about $7000 and in the one case (same breed) which I read thoroughly, the doggy patient only got 2 months more of life, and not the best quality of life at that.

We're currently going another route. Medicine, namely an over the counter bioflavinoid called Rutin. 3000 mg a day. Wow! Seems good so far, so we'll see.

Anyway, you're making me wish I made that stop I had planned to get some more Pumpkinhead tonight...

Just wanted to say hi guys :wave

Josh you need to pop in here more often.

A Sunday afternoon with some good beer, drawing and painting, and hatted droids! These are a few of my favorite things...

Did you paint that Thom? Or did your wife do it? Either way it looks great!

Very sorry to hear about your dog's condition. I hope his meds work out!!!

A couple of years ago my wife and I dropped 10 grand on blood transfusions for our cat only to have to put him to sleep a week later. Obviously I hope you have a happier ending but I can totally relate to the surgery example you posted. We don't regret the money, though - we loved the little bastid. :peace

Thanks! I'm still working on it but it's all me. :) I do the artsy fartsy stuff and my wife does the Math.

Wow, 3000mg? Hopefully it works. Losing a pet is the worst feeling.

Now that is how you do it !

:hi5:

I think this stuff put a huge dent in my cold, so I'm having more tonight....and possibly the next night. :yess::lol
