That's what happens as a Batfan. I have 4 $275 on preorder plus two $500 1/4 figures. This is nothing!

and people clamor Hulk is expensive I guess it all depends on the nbr of goodies that it comes with to some folks.

I scored it $260 shipped w/ points from AE and I am happy as a clam.

If you can afford that much on something with lots of accessories why can't you afford it without them? Does the nbr of accessories make it worth the cost? Most of mine stay in the box anyway

The price is too high for what you get, I think, but that was expected.


The articulation points just ruin it for me though. They make it look like my 6" Hasbro. At least put real joints in the elbows if you are going to do the shoulders and wrists.

$300 is kinda steep, but the AE/BBTS deals really make it worthwhile. It's Hulk, he must be in my collection. He will scare the cats off my desk. That is all.

Just remember this is probably THE BEST 1/6th hulk that we'll ever get. And I'm sure a ton more stuff goes into engineering, sculpting, painting, and licensing than we'll ever know. All we know is order, pay, and open. But if there's any issue on the quality just wait for enterbay's, or takara's, or medicom's. Viewed through that prism, what they're asking for what you're getting isnt unreasonable.

Looks good for a prototype, although a Loki gripping hand would have been nice, and they should include the nameplate part of the stand.

Thanks for the AE link! First order I've had through them, but 286 shipped is much easier to swallow! And they're in Ohio, so it's got to be good I'll have to avoid this thread though while all you Sideshow peeps are getting yours first

From Ohio? I didn't know that. Heck, I could probably drive there and pick it up then.

Each of his feet are probably close to the size of a regular base.

I think this will just fit in my curio with my other figures so I will be picking him up from BBTS.

Curio displays are the only way I go!

I see people wishing for a neutral or smirking face. Personally, I would like to see a screaming one. Hulk is supposed to be pissed off all the time. Here he just looks pretty pissed off, but I would like the option to have him extremely pissed off, as well.

I'll probably pick this guy up just because he's such an important Marvel character, but like others I think this is a somewhat disappointing release. Should have something more.
