Honestly this is a pretty minor fix compared to what some figures need. It's a bit of a pain, but the difference is worth it.

Not to mention you can also wet down the braids at the same time and get them to look much better :lecture

:goodpost:
thank god is a minor and easy fix :yess:

I'm happy.

Leaving this thread forever now. Thanks for the laughs :wave

Wow is all that needs to be said.
Yep, looks good and all the plates have a bit of distance between them (some of the mods seem to have pushed the chest plates just underneath the shoulder armour). Hmm, guessing cut some platic and heat/water applied just to the lower stomach plate?

Sorry if this has been posted but Exclusive Boba is in stock at SSC. No Flex option.

Kinda neat to see both Boba's listed in the top ten SW items for sales. If I hadn't over-spent on our vacation recently I'd probably pick-up a second Boba as an exclusive. That EX stand is growing on me, but still can't see using it in favour of the Bespin one. Kinda surprised the EX has been available as long as it has, though. Seems like a pretty safe flipping opportunity.

Billy, when you bent the ab plate, did you bend in the middle or just the, for lack of a better terms, tabs on the side of it?

And would a hair dryer work? Not as hot as a heat gun, yet allows more control than the hot water trick.

Yeah, just the tabs on the side (thought I mentioned that a while back). I just kind of put my thumb on one tab, forefinger on the other, and pinched it so the tabs curved. This is the best shot that shows how much curve I gave it:

Really just enough to eliminate the boxy look.

Ok, so I lied, I came back. Just real quick though. Used a blow dryer to slightly alter the shape of the armor. And took a razor blade to the plastic in the back and trimmed all the edges to a rounded edge all the way around. Hope that helps.

Okay, leaving for real this time :)

Nice! Did you do something to the scalps? They look pretty good too.
