Will looks good, but, Tommy now has a real turkey neck going on, definitely some adjustment needed.

Yep, already fixed that. The TLJ head is larger than the WS by a fair amount, & the neck is a bit longer too. The tie on my TLJ is really tight around the neck & was bunched up toward the bottom so I pulled it up higher & now it looks better.

I hate stands too. What bodies did you use mate? Any pics?

Check the picture I posted earlier, comparing the 2 nude bodies. I used a Hot Toys True Type Narrow Shoulder. You have to deal with the neck plug....you can either make the peg hole on the EB one bigger or, as I did, pop it off & glue a HT neck adapter to the neck. On the WS figure I used a pair of ankle extenders as well.

BTW I did use some 22 AWG wire under the collar & lapels to tighten up the jacket, it helped a lot.

A couple more pics & then I'm done with them!

E-mail sent to EB requesting a full refund or I will be filing a Paypal claim.

I think I might be doing the same. I sent them an email to at least send me a left arm for K. If they ask me to sent the whole thing back, they can just keep it and give me my money back.

I feel very fortunate that i've had only minimal problems with these figs, not that it's excusable on EBs part, but it sucks that others have had much worse of an experience and have to go to such efforts to resolve it when EB straight up know that they sent out what is essentially a faulty product

That's down right disgusting really, if this were a car and it were the breaks were talking about, it'd be a different story, fortunately paypal may be able to help y'all get a resolution

Glad to see unhappy purchasers taking the Paypal route. I hope EB step up to the plate and acknowledge their mistakes.

Mine are arriving tomorrow. Not sure how I feel about them now.

I went ahead and cancelled my preorder for these figures this morning. I really want to like these figures--but the scale issues and QC problems are just too much. With all the great figures coming later this year, I can't justify $400+ on figures from a good (not great) movie with these many problems.

Not to pick on Enterbay (because I know Hot Toys has these issues as well) but what a wasted opportunity. Those head sculpts look great.

anyone here succesfull asking EB for replacement?
even though I don't buy the MIB set, I bought their 1/4 HD rambo.
It has QC problems too and I've sent an email about this last Friday.
It's too bad, because I was planning to buy MIB this week:slap
If they asking me to send the whole item back, it'll cost me around $50-$60 :slap:slap

I read about their 7 days return policy..... It will be more than a week until they give us a response:monkey1
maybe, Bill is on the process to sell his Ferrari to give us a refund :monkey1

Watch the time from your original Paypal payment. Make sure you open a dispute within the accepted time period.
Forget EB returns rules, if they sent you incorrect or faulty goods, it's their problem not yours.

Seriously, EB could lose a huge percentage of their foreign market if they mess this up (as they are currently). No one will order from them directly anymore. It's all about trust, this was their big chance to launch their own online sales department. They have ____ed it up, they have lost their customers trust. And they are just about to release potentially their biggest international releases with their Batman 1/4 sets. They will look back at this in a few years as the worst mistake in their company history. And it was all looking so rosy after "CHE" and "Scarface". Can't wait to see the response they get from the US collectors at SDCC.

Talk about bad businessmen! Sorry EB, I have stood up for you many times in the past, I like your work and it's good to cheer on the underdog.
But enough is enough.

That's right! Thanks for the reminder!

Will do it now. But I'm not completely sure how to fill in the forms.. never done this before.

Externally or internally damaged? Mine came with loose knees and one of the weapons were scratched to hell.

Can someone please catch me up on the issues here?

No problem mate.
* Headsculpts=Great.

then we have

* Torn clothing
* Glue stained clothing
* Elbows wrong way around (fixable)
* Scratched weapons
* Buttons coming off

And the two biggies:
The knees on all these are weak, some have been reported to be like puppets. Bill from EB acknowledged they had a problem, then their store sent them all out as is.

Some people are getting two of the same character in their duo sets.

And EB seem to insist that if there is a problem YOU have to cover shipping it back yourself. Now they are simply not answering peoples emails. And these are direct from EB store purchases.

That's why I say screw EB, let Paypal deal with them for sending faulty goods and not replacing them.

That is the biggest issue to me. They KNEW of the problems before they shipped them out but still shipped them out without fixing the issues. And if they think we're going to foot the bill to have them shipped back to them, they are crazy. Its one thing if we broke something and wanted a replacement, but something entirely diffrent when they send us faulty products to begin with. We shouldn't have to pay for that.

I'm sure Paypal will side with us. They can't ignore mulitple claims against Enterbay, so if Enterbay wants to go that route, they are going to lose out on a lot more than just shipping costs.

And if Enterbay really is going to be at SDCC, I'm tempted to just take my figures with me and hand it to them in person to see what they do. They can ship them back with them on there way home to Hong Kong :lol

Really dissapointing to hear Enterbay is back to their old tricks. They were on such a good role. Product looked better than ever, turnaround time was great and little to no QC issues. I didn't hear anything negative about Elvis or Scarface. I'm not quite sure what happened with these MIB figures, I'm not sure when I should actually get them, do I wait a few months for a refresh wave or get them now and address any issues if they happen to have some.
