I am going to see what they say to my response from their email. I am also considering doing the full refund request instead. I know one thing for sure, I wont jump into Enterbay products as quickly as I have done in the past.

What Rory said. And tell them also that they were aware of the problems before they shipped them out.

Btw I haven't got a response yet from customer service.... Maybe because I pointed out that I refuse to pay for their mistake or for something I didn't order.

Did you check your spam/junk mail? Mine was considered spam.

Wow, so sorry to hear folks are having so many issues. They looked stunning in the prototypes, but not so much now. I'm glad I ended up canceling my preorder. Definitely not worth the price for all of the issues.

I was lucky, but this is an unacceptable number of people having problems. If I were one of you I would be livid about EB's return policy. Why the heck should you pay to ship it back when they screwed up???

Tell them you will return the figure for a full refund or open a Paypal dispute. They have sold you faulty goods, it is their responsibility not yours.

Which is exactly what I will be doing later if mine are damaged in any way.
:wink1:

Bingo. They knew of the issues, but sent these out anyway. If they expect us to pay return shipping on something they new was defective to begin with, they're in for a rude awakening from Paypal :lol

OK so I got them. Straight out of the box reaction.

Heads are better then any mass produced figures I have and I have several.
Knees are pretty sloppy on J and K's are ok but not great.
Elbows are great as long as you have them turned the correct way.
As a whole, I feel the bodies are some of the better proportions of any bodies out there. They follow the human body closer then the normal "hero" proportions of most.
Suits are good. I think they could have been great, but I think it was lost in production. Meaning the patterns are great but speed in manufacturing has caused corners to be cut resulting in edges not be finished.
Straight of the box the suits are ok, but to take them to the next level they need some serious futzing. Be aware, this futzing is not for the weak of heart. Suits are tough to get right. You could work for an hour and have it still look like when you started.
If you were expecting a Kato suit then Im sorry you will be disappointed.
Still a good suit for this scale and price.
The hands look great on mine. They are not just castings, but are all individually paint. They look great to me.
Shoes look good. They are really soft which isn't going to help the loose body with standing. The real laces look great and is a nice touch. The combination of sculpted shoe and real laces works really well in this scale.
The ties isn't great but will pass for ok. The problem I am having with mine is when they sewed on the elastic, it was not sewn flat so its makes the tie want to go straight out. Takes a lot of futzing to get to lay right and even then if you mess with the figure much it wants to pop back out. Along with the shirt, Im probably going to stitch a lot of this stuff together to help control it better.

Well that's just some impressions.

Going to keep futzing and then shoot some pictures.

I'm thinking Enterbay was more worried in making their release date and the QC suffered in the process. That's unfortunate. I bet their customer service inbox is getting full.

I'll be asking for a full refund and they'll have to pay the shipping back. I'll then buy them from onesixthbruce because he's already fixed his batch. :lol

Which is why you should NEVER have a release date set before you have finished, quality products ready. Its only asking for trouble. Enterbay has always had potential, but they always seem to manage to screw it up. Years before they'd so a figure and then not release it for years. Now they show the figure as they are rushing it through production. They need to hit somewhere in the middle IMO.

The boys at Big Chief must be wiping their foreheads right now thinking:"Wow...glad we didn't commit to a specific date." :lecture

Yeah, I agree with you on that. They should not list a specific release date without ensuring all production processes are complete, including quality assurance.

If I were Enterbay, I would rather have a few grumblings on delayed releases than a mass of irate customers knocking down on their doors because of QC failings on product they just bought.

Though I took mine out to look them over when I got them, I'm going to look them over again tonight and figure out whether I want my replaced or what. There's no way I'll send these back at my cost though.

My order is part of the decemberween shipment.... So it might get fixed by then. It's big bad toystore, so I can sit on it for a while, and cancel last minute. I used a canceled. Redit card as my on-file card on bbts too, so they don't stealth bill me any,ore too....

Is someone actually going to say theirs are perfect!?

Why is it the big licenses that they can't get right, HT's Indy and now these, somebody has to get it right soon, don't they!?

Here are some quick ones while I wait for better light.

For me, even though there are lots of QC issues, they are still really great figures. Perfect? Not a chance but still look really amazing together on my shelf.

K's unibrow:lol. And something is really off with J headsculpt, his eyes are spaced too far apart, and it looks like one of them is lazy.

Just heard back from Enterbay re: K's two left shoes and they said they will mail a right (and correct) shoe out as soon as possible.
