There's probably a depression in the sand for where they're supposed to stand. Plus since they both have electronics then they would probably have a peg for each to feed them electricity.

Unless they give him batteries then he's going to have to have a plug somewhere.

C-3PO might have a peg just to make sure he doesn't fall over.

A proper custom stand would account for electical needs, but the fact that R2 has wheels make me pretty sure that he can be removed.

This would be a big deal for me - I like the idea of positioning R2 in a slightly different spot every once and a while (hence EX is better?) but I LOVE the dirty versions (hence Reg.!) GAH! :dunno

This may be a purchase for me. As is my new personal policy I will wait for them to be released and see how the production weathering comes out.

Sideshow says 60 left of EX, so they are going the super rare route.....kinda pisses me off.....but I may just pass on this - I doubt their final production piece will turn out this good, and that's the problem with them

I figured the pair would be $800... so a bit less than I thought. And remember you can knock off $75 if you buy the regular through a retailer :lecture

Glad I don't collect statues, but I'm pretty sure they will do a clean and dirty version of the eventual 1/6 figures :cuss

:( my two favourite characters but they are way out my price range sadly, i envy the people who can afford that much lol, they look amazing non the less.

:gah:

The weathered is backwards.
I was planning to get this photo signed for display behind these two, but I'm not sure it will look right.

It'll be a heck of a lot easier to flip the photo in Photoshop than the sculpture! ;)

EX ordered!!! :yess:

I'll have to bite on a regular from elsewhere, too. These both look too epic to pass on either one.
