I'm going to have to say Avengers, I've always had a soft spot for many of the Marvel characters and the trailer really got to me. The Dark Knight Rises comes in as a close second, just barely.

After seeing the Django trailer I am pretty sure this will be my film of 2012. If I could see any film today it would be Django.
