This was a good opportunity for people that missed out on the Iron Man 2 version to have a Mark VI at a decent price. I personally feel that the IM2 version with the interchangeable battle damaged parts is superior, though.

They're already working on the Mark VII. That would probably be better for the Avengers team display anyhow.

U could display the new Thor, cap and this mark vi ironman for the scene in the woods. Then the new mark vii for the final scene.
Wonder if there will be a casual attire tony, human banner and sleeveless Thor (ala hellicarrier scene)

i already pre-ordered 2 of each... i only want to get 3 widows..
wrong.i ordered one just in case last night.order went through.
i then emailed sideshow to verify and got a response at 4.30am this morning...just read it then and it' all good.
and at 215 shipped fedex to OZ then ishould have it no later than nxt friday...
I'm kinda thinkin SS only got 500 of these.
If its in stock, they know how many they have and there would be no cancellations outside of declined cards.Its not a pre-order where someone can change their mind. Once you order, its getting packed to ship. So once they check inventory, its either back in stock or sold out. I don't expect there to be a wait list at all for this.
Except that with a figure like Zartan, we saw it come in stock, go out of stock, come back in stock, go on waitlist, then come back in stock again, etc.
I am glad this came with the Tony head so I could put him in a tux or casual wear. I also really like the Avengers base and I guess I am the only one who doesn't care about the battle damaged pieces but I would have liked the sunglasses and donut. Well that is what eBay is for. I will be looking Tony's head in the opened helmet because I think I like that more than the head by itself.
