Wath do you think, real or fake?

Well with 50 new Avatar movies planned by Cameron over the next 34 years HT is bound to make Neytiri at some point.

I wonder how well the next Avatar film will do, a lot of people seemed to have turned on it. I still love it though, yeah the story is a bit predictable but I felt it was a feel good movie & visually stunning.

Where could they even go with the storyline? Another battle for Pandorra? I think a lot of people lost interest because it was just way over-hyped. And the end result while visually excellent - was just another movie. The visuals were about it for me.

It made a $#!t ton of money for a movie nobody seems to admit to liking. Original? No. Visually stunning? Yup. I loved the film. Every minute of it.
Disappointed we don't have a high quality (with a move likeness!!) Neytiri piece yet.

Agreed. I find it quite odd how much backlash this movie has for grossing 2.7 billion. It's like some how it became cool to NOT like it

It's like the "hipster" thing to do these day. If something breaks the boundaries of what came before but hits the mainstream it then its not cool. If Avatar was exactly the same movie but was a B movie made by some no name director only the hipsters knew and failed at the box office...then everyone would like it.

I think people are just afraid to admit that Cameron knows how to make a blockbuster and get butts in the seats.

I loved the movie and I didn't spend the next 3 days on the internet after i saw it looking up every movie to say there were similarities and that Cameron stole the ideas from it....Vent over.

I watched the film. I wasn't moved or inspired to be a tree hugger, IMO the movie was ok with 3D being the best part.

Back to the figure. I was tempted to pick this up on pure scale alone until production pics shown. The sculpt is off which I could live with but I haven't seen pics of the paint apps I like enough to throw away $300.

IMO HT sold out as the figure looks like blue plastic versus blue skin (or some sort of texture). A shame, I am waiting to drop cash but nothing released or previewed is tickling the ole fancy....:(

Same thing happened with Titanic. When an anti-popularity backlash gets so strong that the film goes from overrated to underrated. I don't think either film was overrated.
