She looks much better WITHOUT the emblem..SS made the right decision

I'm sorry but I must disagree with you. That is Vampirella signature logo. It's like haven't Superman's logo without the "S". I was hoping SSC would change it by adding the emblem, but they didn't. IMO, It's a big mistake on their part!

I'm going to see if I can put the emblem on her bikini. I think it needs it otherwise it just looks like any girl with a red bikini sitting on a skull.

So, can we get a partial refund from SS because of this is what I want to know. $30 discount is what I'm thinking.

Highly doubt it. It was never shown with the emblem therefore no refund will ever happen.

Finally got my final invoice. Ouch, $30.77 for shipping to New Jersey. Also, it's Fed Ex again just like with the Lara Croft PF. Did SS have a change of heart with their primary shipper, UPS? They didn't return SS's calls after sleeping with them, did they?

I agree. I am rather underwhelmed by how this turned out. The reg face just isn't very attractive to me. She looks like an 8.5 out of 10 drunk Russian hooker. EX or fail on this. The EX head is nice, but it isn't awe inspiring. The Comiquette is awesome. This is just nice. Comiquette= 10. PF reg= 8.5,PF EX=9. Maybe it looks better in hand. Like VS1976, I am also disappointed that the gold emblem was dropped. It is one of the things that sets her apart from other scantily clad women.

Going through all of the posted pics so far, that camera flash is utterly destroying the look of this. I'll reserve judgment until I see quality pics. Also, the gold emblem wasn't dropped. It was never there to begin with. The pic that has been posted is a photoshopped image.

Agreed 100%.

Vampirella has always had the emblem when depicted in this iconic costume, across all publishers and going all the way back to the original Warren material in the late 60's. Not having it on the statue is the one issue I'll always have with this piece, and not adding is seemingly pretty idiotic on Sideshow's part in my opinion.

As stated, it's like missing the S sheild off of a classic-based Superman piece, or not having one of the bat symbol variations on a Batman piece, without that piece of iconography it's just not quite complete.

Still a great piece, but I am disappointed that Sideshow didn't rectify the matter. Disappointed, if not exactly surprised.
