You have to expect a little flack when the same people act like broken records... I get insulted all the time in HT threads because I don't agree with what's being said.

If I have ever insulted you over anything other than your reaction to an opinion I expressed about a toy then I apologise. However I'm inclined to agree with what Lar'ja said. You get retaliated against after you insult others first. Thats how I've seen it.

But look heres what I can do for my part:

-I'll stay out of your threads from now on, I won't even look in them.

-I will not talk about NECA in a high-end figure thread. However I made that vow a few months to a year ago and I don't believe I've gone back on it. Earlier in this thread I was trying to discourage it when I saw pics of the NECA P2 appearing. I know that flame wars are inevitable over it, if not with you then someone else.

Dude, you seriously need to lighten up and accept that other people can have an opinion that doesn't have to follow the astroturfing mentality in some threads. 90% of the members on this forum would be considered trolls by the standards you're applying to a few of my posts. I don't even remember posting very much in the DC section.

You're the one who needs to lighten up here, Butters, as you seem to take it personally, like someone hit your baby, if they should even voice the slightest bit of complaints about Hot Toys. I don't know what you're really trying to accomplish, but it's obvious that you're trying too hard. It's true that there are a lot of trolls on this forum (90% is an exaggeration), but they don't tend to last too long before getting hit with the ban hammer.

At least those broken records play a prettier tune than you do, Butters. They have grounds for what they say, and why shouldn't they? It's their money after all. Countless customers are in agreement that HT is inaccurate (which it is, let's face it), but it's still within the acceptable margins so they'll still buy. That doesn't mean there's anything wrong in hoping for improvement, because either way, we win. On the off chance that these complaints are addressed, you're the one who'll end up with a better figure.
You, on the other hand, troll without provocation. Before you deny it and ask for evidence, think hard about why that other company's thread was temporarily closed down. There's always been a little hate, but it was typically the result of an initial shot across the bow.
This time, that wasn't the case. The conversation was going perfectly well prior to your post and when it was reacted to in a reasonable manner (and kudos to those who replied as such, it must've taken quite a bit of restraint seeing as it wasn't the first time you stirred the pot), you took it even further by insulting everyone. Do forgive their incredulity at your comments. From their point of view, it wasn't right -- and it really wasn't. But hey, you can chalk it up to lens distortion, they probably weren't perceiving things clearly enough.

I don't think many are here just to make statements. If you say something on a forum then it's not unreasonable to expect that someone will respond in a positive or negative way to what you're saying occasionally. That doesn't necessarily mean that you have to respond. The ad nauseum from some gets boring. Why stop posting your thoughts in the threads I created? I don't own them. Don't stop talking about NECA on my account.
