i'll most likely be buying this one. i already have the ist release but i'd be cool to display both black shirt and shotgun and this one with the grey shirt and minigun side by side.

It's a beautiful addition to the MMS version if you're a big Terminator fan.

I understand what you mean, but at the same time, i would have thought that the big terminator fans would have kitted it out already with mini gun and thumper as this seems to be the most iconic look, which is what HT seem to be going for with this

Heck, i'm just a fairly standard fan and i did that.

Not that i would not like to have it...I would of course. But there is just something off in the face that has been the deciding factor for me. That and wanting the AVENGERS' 1/6 figures and I cannot really justify both.

I cannot actually justify buying either really But that's what I am telling myself.

Who's buying the new HT T800 DX10?the people who miss out on the fist one. If you own the first t-800 and if you want the cyberdyne version just pick the accessories from the dx version.

Enterbay already made a similar figure...so did Hot Toys, but this one has an opening scalp and a minigun.

1) Try to get parted out parts
2) Buy it well-reduced if it doesn't sell well
3) Not sweat 1 or 2 not happening, because I like my original T800

Same here. Very excited for this.

and i like the sculpt, looks a bit more like real arnold to me, so he could double as the big guy for other customs.

But I want a DX Dutch!

What is it with the staining on "rubber"? This happens with the muscle bodies too, within seconds of putting on a dark shirt. The rubber they use just seems to suck color out of things.

Not entireley sure yet, definitely not ordering as there's no need, but will wait for in-hand pics of it and the BD EB T800 to decide between them.

I will say i do want to get it for both displays on my shelf, Galleria and Cyberdyne BUT everytime i look at the pics of the sculpt i want to buy it less

That's a funny idea: if I was EB might be fun to 'fake' stuff just to force HTs hand.

Of course, they have already done that with Angelica/chalices which seem like they will never see the light of day from HT. So perhaps its an indication that HT will also NOT make some of these Terminator products.
