This is the first time I had to destroy a SS piece so as not to pay for the replacement. I almost couldn't do it. It felt so wrong to take a hammer to the head even though I had the replacement...lol
I hit this thing about 20 times with a hammer and still didn't do too much damage. Hope SS is happy enough with the damage I did make though...

But I think it is great that SS send you the replacement first so it makes it a little easier.
