My recent haul from Tom Whalen's Black Friday Sale. Needless to say, I'm very happy with what I got, and Tom got stuff to me in perfect shape. Wise Little Hen is a part of the original edition size from Mondo, but signed, of course. Sherlock Holmes is an AP.

Aw man! Wish I would've known he was doing the Sherlock Holmes. I love that design and he's one of my favorite literary characters. Not looking to trade for any Trek Mondos are you? I have almost all of them.

"Once Upon a Time" series

When we heard that Kevin Tong had created a number of original illustrations based on classic fairy tales for ABC's Once Upon A Time, we knew we had to be involved. We are proud to present a series of six 18" x 24" screenprints, each based on a legendary story from Grimm's Fairy Tales. They'll all have editions of 225 (plus 95 metallic gold variants) and will be released every Thursday for the next six weeks. This week's entry is based on "Rapunzel", keep your eyes peeled for future entries. Huge thanks go out to Kevin and the folks at ABC, we hope you enjoy these as much as we do.

Once Upon a Time has become a hit with viewers and the art world is taking notice.
The Alamo Drafthouse’s art house, Mondo, which previously developed its signature prints for movies like Sucker Punch and Cowboys and Aliens, is releasing a series of six posters from artist Kevin Tong based on the tales that inspired the hit series. “Per the creators of Once Upon a Time, the posters are representative of the stories that inspired them to do the show,” the boutique tells EW. The dates of release are as follows:

12/8 – Rapunzel
12/15 – Little Red Cap
12/22 – Sleeping Beauty
12/29 – Snow White
1/5 – Rumpelstiltskin
1/12 – Cinderella

Once Upon A Time is an interesting subject for their posters. Snow White one might be interesting, but like some of you, I'll probably pass on them.....I would only get them to flip and then I would have to beat myself to death for doing it
