Looks like his pants rode kind of high, but maybe wasn't that noticeable because his shirt was loose and hanging over his waist:

I do agree about the crotch critique, and I would also like to suggest that the parsley pattern on the sleeves be a little more dense :)

Does anybody know if the hands that come with the slim body the same size as ones that come with the narrow/advanced etc body? with the slim being shorter and all.
 
It'll have big hands like all Hot Toys bodied figures. You can usually hide it with futzing of things like sleeves and watches.
 
Personally, I would vote for erring on the side of downplaying the high waist.

Totally. That was the style. The only thing is the crotch area does need to come up a little more.

Oh you youngsters.... Guess jeans, which is the brand that Marty wore and very popular back in the 80's, had a big (or long) crotch. :lecture
