what breed is that? i have a similar breed but i could never figure out what she was.

LOL...not me! And welcome back! I had a Basset Hound about 15 years ago. I was actually shocked at how ignorant I was to the breed until I got one. I was invited to a Basset Hound picnic in L.A. one year and it seemed like half of the people there wanted to use my dog for a stud. And most of the people I talked to laughed at me for not knowing how ill-tempered those dogs can be.

Here is Guinness. He passed away 3 months ago. He was 13 and the coolest, chillest cat ever:

This is Murphy, kitten I got about 2 weeks ago:

And this is Rocky, an awesome 2 year old Boxer than I adopted from a rescue shelter last month. He has only 3 legs (he had to have surgery to remove one of his front legs do to an accident & neglect by his initial owners), but he is amazing. He's extremely intelligent, already house-broken, crate-trained and the nicest temperament you'll ever see in a dog. And he's also oblivious to his missing leg/arm... he gets around just fine. I love the dude, already my best friend. Happy and honored to give him a new chance at a good life:
