Doesn't the new IM mk2 (unleashed or something?) indicate there is a good chance of a new mk3? If they've gone to the trouble of all new moulds for that, wouldn't mk3's use the same ones?

I can't see any good reason for a 4th Mark 3, enough already ya crazies! :lol

personally, I dont like the new mold for the MkII, the waist and hips still look off, as do the shoulders...so I think a new MkIII would be a waste...

let the flaming begin...

I agree about the shoulders (arms too) but the waist and hips look pretty spot on. The legs are the biggest improvement and worth the price of admission alone imo.

You can't really count the color variants imo unless you also count the Mark II in that. So there's only been two. The other two are exclusives too, which makes them even less county imo.

You can say you don't want it but I would be super surprised to not see a new Mark III. Especially now having seen the stealth version which has all the new Mark II parts without the rivets. It would be weird to me that they would tool new molds just to do that exclusive. I'd be less inclined to believe a new Mark III was coming if that stealth version still had the rivets.

I also really want a new Mark III. Would such for the Mark II and III to not match.

LOL I don't want one ...just saying that with HT's love of IM and reusing casts where they can (can't blame them), I wouldn't be surprised if this new Mk2 unleashed being made results in new mk3's as well....

Just changing around parts to make the battle damaged version.

...and find the plastic tab is in the BD arm!?
I pull the tab, flick the switch...hey look at that, the hand lights up!
So the BD arm came with batteries in it! Just not anything else! Bizarre...

Also, wow...this is like 2-3 generations better than the BD mk3. That one was mostly painted lines to represent scratching (though the crushed chest was really cool).
The BD here is so much more detailed and intricate.

Pics or it didn't happen :D

These 2 guys really look good next to each other, totally awesome!!
:yess:

Someone asked about batteries. The instructions indicate that the batters are AG1. If you look for these online, you'll find lots of AG1 and AG13. These are *entirely* too big. The actual battery type is LR621. I made a post about this a few pages back, but I included some links to my own photos, which flagged my n00b post as requiring a moderator's attention. Which never happened.
No biggie.

Hm. I've got a package of AG1 batteries (Duracell) and they're literally twice as big as the cheap, generic, Chinese LR621s I got from Amazon. I bought the AG1s in a grocery store, before I ever actually opened the battery compartments on my Mark VI. Once I got 'em home and started the replacement process, that was when I finally got a real look at the batteries that were already in there. And they are clearly labeled LR621. I'm not trying to argue, I'm thinking there's some battery voodoo that I'm just clueless about.
:lol @myself
