That's fine, my only point is, the discussion here has been people wondering about official news, and with Hot Toys, until an actual figure is announced, you have no idea when or if you'll get something.

Angelica's the only thing specifically announced, everything else is hinted and teased which means nothing with HT.

I agree. But HT isn't big on doing non-core characters...sometimes they don't even complete core characters. Generally, they do the lead and the major star or the villain. Like Thor and Odin, or Capt. America and Red Skull (still due). Any third figure is a bonus.

Hell, I'd love a skeletal crew member, I'd love Greenbeard, Maccus, Cutler Becket, Pirate versions of Swann and Will... and I could go on...

Is that how they usually are i guess it is based on how much they can stretch the the molds.

A. HT has said in recent interviews that they will be making more characters with chairs like the Godfather. Sweeney was one.

B. They teased Sweeney Todd with the chair first as well.

C. They teased us with the Cannibal Throne. And said "More Pirates (PLURAL) are coming. This was AFTER DX06 was announced and shown. Angelica is only ONE "Pirate".

Itll happen. I have no doubt in my mind. Not one bit.

been waiting for them to release some proto pics of that Cannibal Jack on a throne!

Yeah, but they had no Sweeney Todd without a chair released. This is different because the throne is almsot like an afterthought. I imagine with the upcoming release of the IM Gantry with or without MK IV, Hot Toys may choose to take the same route.

Told you that ____ on the advertisement a few months back was Hot Toys and not a shot of the actual chair.

I still think they will at least include a new face plate to swap out for the DX with the cannibal paint. If not a whole new Cannibal King Jack.

theres a new pic up on HTC that shows the small description tab next to the chair and it stays "Cannibal King Jack Sparrow" so I think we'll be getting more than just the chair. I don't think it will be like the IM Suit up Gantry but who knows right?

Sweet gimme the chair without another figure, the DX is perfect already and I don't need to get roped into another figure just for the accessory. 2 DX Jack's will stay on pre-order for sure now!

Is that a new Davey Jones? I don't have the old one to compare
