It seems like now would be a good time to make Nick Fury, as we know exactly what he will look like in the Avengers movie, whereas Cap and Iron Man's costumes could change slightly from the teaser and promo posters. It would kick off the Avengers figures, and it wouldn't delay other Avengers characters later. His outfit is a good fit for the HT style, and he is a popular character. I would rather see him than another armored figure... although I would buy a Whiplash Mark 2 in a heartbeat...

Keep them coming. The Iron Man line freaking rocks so as a fan I hope they keep turning stuff out. I do think a Whiplash V2 after seeing Iron Monger in person will happen at some point. The reason is Hot Toys know this character and its license that sells well. So I'm sure we'll see more Iron Man in general and especially so when The Avengers hits.

How well did the Mech Test Sell?
I wish they'd do a race suit Tony with chest arc, a prisoner Tony Stark (it'd be great if the car battery plugged in and powered the chest arc)
