Well, good to know that a man who killed a ____ ton of people is right on the list with a 16 year old douchbag.....

I get the dislike for Bieber...but the hate is just...creepy.

Love for Carbo, I didn't take any offense at the reading of that comment, I think I read it as you intended :1-1:

For the record I loved the Royal Wedding. I lean towards being a republican, but God Save the Queen and God Bless the Brits :peace

On the killing of Bin Laden I think I should say as a foreigner to the US and to all my American cousins:

Congratulations! I'm glad you guys landed this bastard and it's definitely something for everybody living in the free world to celebrate.

The house he was hiding in Pakistan was a mansion. Surrounded by barb wire fences and apparently he had runners coming and going from there openly. No way their government didn't know he was right there. It was in a major city near the capital and there are reports that the US Government didn't even let their government know until after the operation was in full swing. I'm glad he is dead but the circumstances surrounding it raise a lot of questions and leave a sense that it's far from over.

I am sure Justin does not care. Especially when he has money to burn and he can't move in is bed because of all the naked women in it.

I don't understand much about Pakistani politics, but I don't think it's as clear cut as 'the Pakistan government was in cohoots'. Their politics is messed up, they're fundamentally a dictatorship - who knows what backroom deals or discussions went on between the key players... Many have noted that killing him now is better than having had him killed 5 years ago as his support base has dwindled somewhat, lessening the adverse impact in the muslim world. Maybe those high up the chain have known his whereabouts for a while?

Whatever the fall out now, this is a good thing. Like everyone else I'm interested to hear more of the details in the coming days.

Let's hope Frank Drebin is beating him up in the afterlife

IF the Official statement is true, It`s been a long time coming and we do have reasons to be happy at least one of the heads of World Terrorism is dead.

To think if Clinton had the balls back in the 90s we could have avoided all of this but hey ho looks like (if true) someone in the Oval office got it right finally.

It is a reason for the world to celebrate as the 90s saw deaths from Osama`s orders around the world and then 9/11 killed not only US citizens on US soil but so many other nationalists lost lives on that dreadful day.

It will mean more of our overseas deployed troops (many countries) will have an even harder deployment now but also back home (for again many countries) civilians will have to be ever more vigilant.

As for the comment about the UK allowing terrorists within the shores to teach hatred/recruit from our Muslim communities.
I totally agree and find it disgusting that the Labour Party and this current coalition are allowing it.
We hear constantly how the Muslim communities are disgusted and against these sorts, however they also protect those same people instead of reporting them to the Authorities to be taken down. Look at 7/7 this could have been prevented IF the Muslim community actually reported them.

Had some friends deployed to Afghanistan who got into a fire fight and when done the prisoners they caught one was a local Muslim from Hartlepool. If not for the professional attitude of UK forces, he should have been Mortally wounded and left to die slow and painful death IMHO.

The UK does need to do a MAJOR internal clean up and have only those who are LOYAL to the Nation live within our shores and those who wish to do us harm kicked out. Though the same could easily apply to so many EU countries too and I dare say the US and Canada.

Thank goodness! Yeehaw and such... :D
Can't wait 'til Trumps starts demanding a copy of his death certificate. :slap

Thanks man. I really meant to offense.:peace

As a Pakistani American, I can tell you that Pakistan is a ____ed up country. The corruption and greed is just insane. It was actually turning for the better with Musharef but we had to intervene and dispose of him to install a fake democracy that is funded partially by islamist.

I agree with the above. The thinking of some of the muslims, especially in the UK is hypocritical. They reap the benefits of living in the country yet do everything in turn to hurt and undermine the government. My brother went to Birmingham two weeks ago for a friends wedding and he was shocked at some of the attitude of the Muslims living there. It's a damn shame really. The UK needs a major overhaul and deport the fanatics out of their country.

On the other hand, I forget where I read it, but over 80% of the thwarted terror attempts where reported by Muslims, so not all of them are bad. The moderates just need to make a stand get rid of the fanatics.

I'm gonna have to call BS on dumping the body at sea.....that body is stuck in a box just like something from Raiders of the Lost Ark....also call BS on the "mechanical failure" on the Black Hawk that crashed inside the compound.

Awesome.

Now, can we get those damn gas prices down please.

What's really great about this is that Hitler died on 30 April and Bin Laden on 01 May. That's cause for a real celebration right there. Two evil bastards died one day apart.:rock
