Somethings are clear:

1: No TrueType under there, it's clearly solid like the others so forget the prayers for a racing stark under it at least.
2: The neck has the same connection to the head which means we might have an option of multiple headsculpts, possibly a midtransformation look.
3: It's amazingly narrow, so next to the Marks it'll look slimmer like it would in the film but it looks unnatural for an actual human.
4: Note that it says "Secret Project" instead of an MMS number...might mean something more than a standard release.

I'm more excited to see this than even Indy at the show and hope its there. I also hope that "secret project" doesn't mean an exclusive somewhere.

I think the "secret project" is just them being mischievous :dunno

I have a feeling this will be the "darling" of the line. That this over the Mark IV or the Mark VI or even War Machine will be the one that is difficult to get after initial release.

Agreed 110%. Looks damn cool but yeah it would suck if it was some kind of show exclusive. I was secretly hoping this might make an appearance at this upcoming event. It would be awesome if ti did.

I just hope they make this a DX. Still would like to see a racing suit Tony Stark as an accessory. I wouldn't mind either if we would have to buy a Truetype body seperately. I think the racing suit Tony Stark is a must to go with the Mark 5.

Finally... something....

I think they went with rubber Abs....

Thank you for this post, bandito! :hi5:
Everyone (me included and the first, hehe) was awaiting it eagerly.
Have you noticed the parting at the lateral abdominals? This means without doubt that abs are hinged as the Mark IV and VI!
But the opposite would have been surprising, right?... :D

Since there is no weapon on the armor (no ejective shoulder mounted micro munitions pod, nor retractable countermeasure dispenser and
working forearms rocket), I bet that HT keeps a little surprise for us... Or big disappointment, hehe
... But anyway, a figure required for my collection! :yess:

Well, not too impressed so far. I'm sure I'll get it just to complete my lineup. The figure is slim enough that maybe you can pull out parts (like hands, neck and head) and put a racing suit on it and normal body parts. That's the only way I can think of to make it a 2for1 figure.

It s nice to see something even though there was never any doubt in my mind it would be along eventually.

Thanks Jim and bandito!
Yep, by this way it looks like already a few less slim, I think. :duff

HT should probably not be able to count (ironic mode) to make such mistake on the number of vertebrae or staples on the arm. This kind of inattention always surprises me so much...

Actually for the arms HT is right... the upper arms compose of 6 segments, hence the 6 slanting "thingy", but in the movie CG the upper 2 are closer together and hidden under the shoulder armour

The shoulder armour could be bigger though...

Ho, really?... Thank you bandito! I will make some improvements and post them just now.. I mean after my lunch (because a hungry bear is an angry bear, hehe!) :D

Baloo, you should be working for HT. But you forgot the spine which doesn't go all the way up to the base of the helmet...

As far as the pics go, I'm really impressed. Another HT feat of engineering, it looks like. Can't wait for them to announce it.
