Thanks for the comments guys! i appreciate it!

And as for the supply/demand/pricing issue, if you have the means to get it, do it now!! or else you'll kick yourself for not having to buy it when the price was right.

Now seeing Mk 1 at upwards of $450.... wish i wouldve known about hot toys back then!

Makes me glad I have it already. Glad I was able to get a great deal on the Gunmetal Grey to make sure I have all the versions so far.

Im a fan of matte finishes, and the gunmetal is SICK!!! again, if i knew about hot toys back then, and if i knew that it would be a comic con exclusive, i wouldve jumped into it right away!!! :slap :slap

I skipped on it originally even though I was going to Comic-Con. Went after it earlier this year and got a great deal on it.

Thats awesome!!! looking at the sideshow site, the gunmetal is on the wait list....is that thing even updated? or they really are having more of the gunmetal version in the future?

I think thats one of those you could get on and if something ever happened you might but that list is probably a mile long now. You'd be better served finding one on ebay or the for sale section here.

You can never have too much Iron Man. :lol Nah, if you're not a big fan of Iron Man I can see that.

Huge fan of Marvel. Initially thought it would be cool to have all IM but I changed my mind. Between IM and TDK, I learned 2 - 3 charters per film tops. The hard part is deciding which 2 - 3:gah:

Thats a route to take. I'm a big fan of Iron Man so having all the versions of his armor is a must.

No matter what the figure is it goes famine, feast and then famine. When its a strict Asian release first like the Mark IV is right now, you'll find it difficult to get a good price, usually eBay sellers especially want at least $30 or $40 over MSRP and then the shipping cost to actually get the piece here which ranges. Once SSC gets their shipment the prices drop you usually can get it close to MSRP and often a bit lower. Nothing drastic but usually less than, I've seen $180 HT figures go for around $150 before shipping. Once those lots go, then its back to famine and you'll find it jumping through the roof.

Look at the HT Mark I, at the lowest there were some on eBay for $130, now it's over $300 at most times. If you're trying to decide you've got a little bit of time but by the middle of 2011 I would imagine that you'll see prices start to head upwards.

Thanks for the advice! Much appreciated.

Still raining here, so indoor shots again :( and might be grainy as its with higher iso shots. Enjoy!

The two together!!!

Both the regular and Ex versions. Glad I got one of each coming.

Meh. That means nothing especially HT figures. You'll see a flood of them on the classifieds here once SSC starts sending them out and you'll see them on second chance too once they are released. Anyone who is on the edge about either of the Marks announced doesn't have much too worry about....yet
