You love that picture, Waller.:rotfl:rotfl

Damn, 6 titles in February?????? I'll never be caught up now. :monkey1

Especially if there's no more B&N sales. You would have to pay.... (gasp) retail :horror :lol

From Blu-ray.com:

Retailers are reporting that Kino Video's Blu-ray edition of The Complete Metropolis, originally scheduled for release on November 16, will now come out a week later, on November 23. Disc details and special features for this silent classic directed by Fritz Lang are unchanged.

The date change is probably related to an issue with region coding: this Blu-ray was supposed to be locked to region A, just like Eureka's Masters of Cinema release will be locked to region B. However, due to a miscommunication, the first pressing of Kino's release was not region coded. Kino Video has admitted the error and assured that future pressings will be region-A locked. The one-week delay will make it possible to issue correct discs from day one.

:panic:

Awwww....sorry if you wanted one! I got an email from them so I ordered right away when I saw how limited it was.

It's ok. Not your fault. I was just to slow.

That's a minimum not a maximum. Meaning there will be at least 10 in the store, but likely a lot more.

Either way, get there early though.

I find with stock they are really trying to move, there is enough to go around. There were very few I missed the last few years. And if I do, pfft.

But, always check Amazon to make sure they did not price check. ;)

And for you Best Buy Silver Rewards members (like me:yess:), you will have access to all the Black Friday prices and items online one day only on November 22nd. :hi5:
So I will order my Predators Blu-ray Monday online. :clap

I'm gonna buy the hell out of both of those.

Not sure how I feel about "DisneyView" yet.

Black bars and original aspect ration FTW!!! :Rock
I've been a OAR purist ever since they introduced it on VHS movies. My first one was "The Abyss". I was like, wow, there's a whole other person in that scene?!?!??! :rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

I agree about the OAR.

But filling in the black bars may or may not be a good idea. I'll give it a try, but I have a feeling I'll find it distracting to.

Maybe they should display curtains on the sides. I still remember the day the theaters had curtains that opened up when the movie started. Damn, I feel old sometimes. :lol

That's no problem, Iron. We still have Borders Bookstores here, and I will wait for their 50% off all Blu-ray coupons. :wink1:

:monkey2

:rock

Better get my Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 copies reserved at Blockbuster so i don't have to wait 1+ month like i'm doing with Beauty And The Beast :gah:

That's like 2 weeks worth of dvds for some of the guys in here. :lol
