Oh yeah you're right. I don't want that then. Enterbay has a knack for including non-1/6 bonus items with their releases (unlike HT, who usually sticks strictly to 1/6 exclusive/bonus accessories), so I just assumed the emblem/t-shirt were bonuses for this figure. Should've been, imo.

just saw the trailer. this film is obviously a loving tribute to bruce lee, from the kato mask, to the "whaataaa!" noise he made, his trademark flying kick, and even the title is derivative of lee's film(it's a remake of lee's fist of fury)

i think ip man is the more iconic figure/character for donnie yen, since it's practically the role that has catapulted him to major stardom in hk - not that he wasn't a big star before, but after ip man he's become almost iconic in hk cinema.

The film is a continuation of the 1995 television series Fist of Fury, with Donnie Yen reprising his role as Chen Zhen, a role made famous by Bruce Lee in the 1972 film Fist of Fury.

i didnt know there was even a tv series with donnie yen in the role. i do know that yuen woo ping(if you have to ask you who that is, pick up your matrix dvd and slap your face with it!) also directed a remake of fist of fury with jet li in the lead role, which kicked all kind of a$$, and subsequently got the wachowski bros's attention.

kato is japanese. this character donnie yen played is named chen zhen, a popular fictional chinese martial artist. one thing has nothing to do with the other. the kato costume is just a tribute to bruce lee. it's not the first time the costume has appeared in hk films unrelated to green hornet. even jet li wore it one time in his film, the black mask.

I think I'll buy him regardless of how the movie turns out. Frankly, as long as the movie has some good fight scenes in it I'd be content.

Hope the figure is priced at $150usd or lower.
