Close second would be when he's looking to the right out of the sides of his eyes in front of the burning stack of money.

The laughing whilst falling is indeed THE best bit in TDK. Seconded only by the 'nothing to threaten me with' bit.

The whole idea of Joker beating Bats strength with his mind. A history of comic lore summed up in one brief scene. Perfect.
