I would consider a Keaton Bats because despite my dislike for the movie the armor is iconic and provides a great deal of nostalgia for me.

Nicholson Joker, no. My feelings on his "performance" are well known.

Cr0w you qre dead to me. DEAD!

:nana:

WOW! :google You don't like the movie and you don't like Nicholson's performance?!

I had no idea! :thud:

Well no, the movie was a soulless hell of soundstages and complete ignorance as to what makes Batman what he is. It feels like a stage production since there are no believable environments. Batman himself is halfway decent, but he kills indiscriminately. Nicholson played himself with facepaint, Kim Basinger was the most irritating person in the world, and don't get me started on them making Napier kill Bruce's parents, Billy Dee Williams as Harvey Dent, the Prince soundtrack, and just the general sluggishness of the film. It has its moments, but even as a 9 year old comic fan, I disliked it.

Guess it helps to be a Burton fan. :dunno

But yeah, I like to point out Batman killing in the '89 movie when people talk about how "violent" TDK is.

It looks fantastic, hopefully the rights over the 1960s show can be settled and we could get figures to go with it.

They are completely ____ed. WB owns the characters but 20th Century Fox owns the show itself, the design of the Batmobile, the design of the costumes are all partly owned by various entities. If this Batmobile actually comes out then it shows that the red tape is being cut through but there were so many ____ed up deals done and people unpaid or unlicensed its the reason why its not out on DVD except the movie which I believe is owned by WB outright. The thing is the Batman designs aren't different throughout so WB has to deal with Fox and other folks as well. Huge cluster____.

Oh boy.... that really is ____ed :thud:

Well, if HT makes them all, I will get them except the Clooney Batmobile. Hack, I even like the Kilmer's Batmobile. Its a weeeeee bit too sci-fi but it does looks good, IMO!

Hard to tell if it's 1/8 or 1/6 from that pic. Would need meaurements. A true 1/6 66 Batmobile would be about 37 inches long.

I can't believe I missed this. The poster who showed the pic speculated it for Mego, but as everyone knows, Mego aren't 1/6 and if it is 1/6 then it's too big for Mego figures.

I'll believe it when I see it.

I love The BATMAN FOREVER Batmobile. It's my second favorite. Though, I am not too keen on the blue lit engine.

Anyway, that 60's Batmobile on Mattel booth is not for sale ladies and gentlemen. I did ask if it was and they said no.

It's whatever though, it's my least favorite.

Man, I grin like a kid whenever I see the '60s Batmobile. I had the Corgi version as a kid, and immediately picked up the 1/18 scale one when it came out last year (2 years ago?). By far the "coolest" design of them all.

I love the '89 version, too.
