i agree completely. i dont understand the hatred some have towards a statue company. or for the fact that people think sideshow can do no wrong and critize collectors who feel the same way about bowen. i collect from all the companies bowen, sideshow, gentle giant, dc direct koto and others. i buy what i like and thats it. bowen and sideshow tend to be the majority of my collection and out of those two i have many more bowen pieces because there have been more marvel statues made by bowen and the scale makes them easier to display in groups. but that doesnt mean i cant collect sideshow. when or why it became a either or thing is beyond me. im sure dc collectors would like to have the options that marvel fans do. everyone is going to have there own tastes and prfer the style of one compnay over the other but that doesnt mean one compnay is great and the other sucks. as someone who has a lot of statues from both companies there quality is pretty much the same the only difference is what scale you like and what stlye PF, 12 inch, mini bust, LSB or comiquette.
