Trust me I have debated on almost every figure they have whether or not I need it. I have to show restraint. I have the Batman V1 and I really didnt want to get the DX but I caved with this price. Must be strong with everything else.

Great lighting and depth of field!

Goes to show how the silver changes under no lighting from a window. It's really muted. Almost the same colour as the main greys. Love the greys and blacks in that.

(Would look better without the metal bits in his crotch though...)

Nope. I haven't touched a thing on it. It came back from Hot Toys like that. It too changes on the light conditions.

Forgive me if you have answered this already, but did you mod yours to get that bright silver? Looks like a decal or something.

Me? nope. Ive had the figure for about five hours. Just messing around. The silver look is because the light source is from above. Its exactly the same as the other silver bits. I used this as inspiration.

Man the more I see this figure the better he looks. Definitely to crown jewel of my Bats collection! Some great photos guys.

same thing with me. really had no plans of getting dx-bats as i just bought v1 bats from a member here. i just planned on getting one 1/6 batman fig, but when gohasting had another restock this afternoon, what the heck, as the pics show, it really is an awesome fig!

dx joker is really tempting me...

Looking at this pic from the post above really got me thinking about the cape:

I never realized that the reason the cape looks different is because it is a different shape when he is not gliding in the air. I am going to make another style cape once my DX comes in next week. It will be long like, but will be more squared.

It will be more flush on the ground as seen here:

Looks like two totally different capes in those last two pics.

The first looks flush (you can barely see a little light showing under where it almost touches the roof in the middle of the cape) and the second looks to be about 2 feet longer than flush.

I used poor wording, I meant that the end of the cape will be the same length and that there will be no curves so that the end will be touching the ground and will not worry about ends not touching.

The big picture is just the way my camera is capturing the light from the window to the left. Plus I had the camera on auto balance.

These if I remember correctly I changed to the dimmed sunlight setting. Plus the light is in front of me on one of them. As the desk where they originally were on, the one with the window behind it was over on the far right of the room. As I'm in front of the window no blue-y effect off the lens just the way the desk is to the right of the window. So if I turn right angled it starts to cast a blue light effect.

There's something about my camera and that room and certain angles it seems to happen.

Like what happened to my v1 when I got it back in 2008.

When I use the light tent that is another matter. It fixes everything.

I'm just too lazy to dig it out and set it up as well as the lamps.

Nice! I hope so. There are a few more things I would like to get off there like the Hot Toys Dog Alien and maybe the Indiana Jones Premium Format Figure.
