Art Appreciation - Pin-Up Style

Got my prints today.
Look awesome, of course.

So a couple of questions/observations.

The "Sinful" print I got is #17/50 (I think) and it is signed/dated by "Campbell 2009." So does that mean this is not a reprint, but one from the original run?

Also, anyone that gets some of the fairytale prints, how are those signed/dated. My original set is dated 2009. I'm wondering if the reprint "Fairytale" run will be dated 2010 or if that signature/date is considered part of the artwork now and wont be altered.

NOTE: I'm not referring to the signature in the white border, but rather the signature on the print artwork itself.

As far as I know, the new Fairy Tale prints have a new embossing that says 'Enchanted Edition', the originals just say 'Campbell Limited Edition' or something like that.

The sinful is more than likely from the original run.

yeah, that's what Sinful says, "Campbell Limited Edition." so that's cool, part of the original run, which is what I wanted.


Edit: and it looks like there are still 30 of them left. Dang, must not have sold that many when initially offered. Less than half of the print run of 50. I've seen these go on Ebay for hundreds of dollars.

For some reason, Ebay won't let you search completed auctions as much any more, or they restricted the time frame. It will be interesting to see where this one ends at.

Yep, that is correct. My Little Mermaid says the 'Enchanted Edition' and I knew it would be a reprint since the original sold out long ago.

I'm surprised that the Sinful Print didnt sell out. Its friggin hot. Still need to one.

And I think Ebay only allows 30 days or less of "Completed Listing" viewing under search.

Shoot, 3 of the sketchbooks I order were all damaged on the top right corner. looks like they got jostled during shipping, as they were bundled together in the same box as the prints and were able to shift around. The monster green has a big bent corner, and the two gray books are also bent on the same corner.

Contacted JSC through the "contact us" links, hoping we can work out an exchange.

Sucks, because I like my stuff in "mint" condition, know what I mean?

You're actually right. It's true to her character right? I never read the comics but I remember hearing fans were mad cause Alba didn't want to go topless.

Can ya PM me the original daikken? Anyway you can run down a list too of all the drawings in the book? (if it's not too many)

That sucks. I dont like how the stuff is sent either. I'm glad none of my stuff got damage. I remember ordering the Dejah 1 print and it had a slight bend at the corner. I had to put pressure on it to fix it.
