They are back down to 70 now.
I know that there have been some people who have changed their minds and canceled, but I don't think that the counter going up is as much due to that as it is that credit cards are getting declined, either because people didn't see the in-stock / no courtesy decline window notices, or because people thought they could arrange financing before the charge went through, but didn't make it in time.
I think that is it. Most people weren't counting on a big ticket item to be unveiled as in-stock on the last day of Spooktacular. They really should have gotten all of the in-stock items out the first day or two to avoid this problem. People think its the last day and have nothing to worry about, and then BAM! A new in-stock item.
In my case, I have the cash to pay for it, but my credit card got filled up with other 2 other Sideshow items during the week and my payment hadn't gone through yet. So I'm sure I wasn't the only one that happened to.
