My gut's telling me if we do indeed get another figure, it's Nurse Joker, one of the Joker's goons from the bank robbery or Bruce Wayne.
I doubt Gordon because of likeness, and I wouldn't pay current HT prices for Gordon with passing reseblance like some of HT's portraits when they have no rights. I would guess Two-Face, but there's really nothing to add to him, more so just making him more accurrate, so I doubt they'll go there, it's close enough, not like TDK Batman who is quite off and there are a number of goodies to add.
Well, they list every product they've ever made on their site which is why Begins is on there, but I'd love if they offered Begins figures.

Yes we have 2 decowled heads already, but certainly with Kojun on board and what he did with John Connor, a new one would look much better than the first too, and also, like I said it gives them a pitch to sell Wayne, get the extra portrait to enhance your DX Batman.
