I'm a little dissappointed TOD doesn't include that low drum beating from the bridge as Mola Ram's men creap in on Indy, that's like my favorite moment in the movie and it'd be really cool to have the music from it.

I guess that slipped by me. TOD not being my top Indy movie. Will have to listen closer next time.

Basically, the soundtrack goes from the music when Indy's acting all tough with the sword and then fleeing for his life to the bridge actually swinging down in half and the fight on it, the whole segment bridging the two moments with the tension buildup to Indy's big move is absent and I just really liked it because the first time you see TOD you get to thinking like oh ^^^^ how's he going to get out of this and the danger grows with the music enhancing it.

Very happy, used my iTunes gift card from my brother to order this this morning :)

If I'm correct, iTunes have the set for about half RRP, so £15 in the UK...

Which is great for all 5 discs and the booklet (digital format of course)...

There's no booklet even listed in the Store when I go there, just the audio tracks. The only extra is a 17 minute interview track.

My bad. I had skimmed the posts and thought we were discussing KOTCS soundtrack alone.

I bought the actual CDs for the complete soundtrack collection. It doesn't look like the iTunes version is missing much -- the most prominent thing would be interviews with John Williams, which I haven't listened to yet. The actual booklet that comes with the set has mostly photos and a few concept art sketches -- most of the images are postage stamp size or smaller. Nice, but not essential by any means.

For anyone interested in how the release compares to the complete scores, what's missing, issues with the set, etc check out indianajonesmusic.com

It was an effort of several people on jwfan.com and is quite informative.

In case anybody is still missing this, it's available as a lightning deal in the gold box area at Amazon for $28 for another two hours or so.
