I'm I big Creature fan and the dio does look pretty good from the pics so far. That being said, I probably won't get this. I love me some Creature PF and am really really looking forward to the SSE. I'm nervous as hell that I'll miss the pre-order whenever it becomes available.

If this is a legit SSC release then I think it'll be quite a letdown. It just doesn't have the detail of a typical SSC diorama. Compare it to the Padme/Nexu dio or current Planet Hulk dio. This one looks like a cheap sculpture you'd hang on a Christmas tree in comparison.

I collect anything of the Creature that I can get my hands on! He's one of my favorite characters. The Creature in these pics looks pretty good, but not the Barbie-Doll-like girl. She looks too cheap and plasticky (kind of like some real girls I know, but that's beside the point).

NNNNNNway, even if this is the real-deal sculpt, I'll have to have it. But, knowing Sideshow, this is a pre-pre-pre-pre production model and still needs a lot more input before it's ready.

A great many are tearing this piece apart on the UMA and other message boards. I cannot understand it. At this point, we are lucky to be getting anything at all of Universal Monsters. Besides, what's wrong with it? It looks great, I think its sure to become a classic.

Not crazy about the head tilt; it looks real awkward. I've seen better Creature garage kits. I like the idea of this but I'm not too keen on the execution.

I just watched the film the night before this link posted. There are scenes where he is carrying Kay through the cave where his mouth is wide open and he is doing the "fish motuh" thing (opening and closing his mouth a little). I'd say thats what they were shooting for.
