My GOTG figure collection is near complete and once Mantis is added it will look pretty fantastic as it is. No need for the new dull costumes to mess up that collection presence.
Will only get Star-Lord from this line. I preferred the individual look that everybody had.

When was the last time film costumes were comic accurate anyway?
Phase 4 of the MCU has been nothing but really comic-accurate outfits for the most part though.

That's true, but they're still simply inspired by a specific era of the look and outfit of the character while adapting and altering them in ways for the screen. Marvel is being more respectful, and that's great fan service, but there's always some adaptation that's needed to bring a character out of the page and into live form. I just feel like extreme costume accuracy is such a minor issue after all these years of character interpretation for the screen, that it's hardly a position for gatekeeping from stalwart comic fans.

Dave’s been pretty open that he’s struggled hard to stay in superhero shape. He’s 54, his body is a mess from years of wrestling, and it’s taken its toll. All the characters subjected to hours of makeup and painful prosthetics are also ready to just put that behind them. I get it.

I actually hope they can do a recast down the line to keep the characters going. Drax the Destroyer has had many major body and personality changes over the years.
This is one gang I don't mind seeing lose their physical shape (unlike Thor). I also believe a full trilogy is more than enough for the Guardians. Are there any other obscure Marvel super hero groups with some real potential to succeed in live action?

The New Warriors, The Champions, The Great Lake Avengers, Alpha Flight, Midnight Sons… The Slingers…

Pulled the trigger on the Infinity war Star-Lord from popcultcha. 155 € shipped to Germany. Crazy good deal.

This look is more iconic for me. And the mask is a must have.

Yep, that deal was just too good to pass up, for me, as well.

Mine cleared customs a several days ago but I haven't received an update since then.

Squadron Supreme! I don't think they will appear in the MCU though.

If was gonna get him from them when they had that 20% off everything sale at Easter but recent reviews I've read about (non-existent) customer service and bad packaging made me not...

I'm in the US and I can't recall ever having a problem with Popcultcha orders. This last order did take a little while to move through their warehouse before boarding a flight to the States but that was fine. The US postal service is now the one with the longer delay, as they received the package from Customs on April 29th and nothing has been updated since then. The figure has yet to arrive.

is there any knock-off helmet headsculpt or only original??
I think I'll already take one on ebay for the incoming new Star-Lord
