I agree, Cyborg really stuck out in JL like that game: one of these things is NOT like the others.

Movies are not comics. They need a level of believability that comics do not. They need to be more cohesive. Unified in their world. And more believable -- yes, to some degree.

Cyborg just looks ridiculous first of all. Like something a 12 year old would design. Secondly, his super powers don't mesh with the others. Perhaps if he was a more realistic cyborg I would put him in the real-world camp of Batman, but his cartoonish nature just doesn't fit, yet is not fantastic enough to be magical like WW, SM, AM and Flash. He could have easily been left out of the movie and Superman could have had the required skill to 'hear' and separate the mother boxes, that's why they needed to wake him.

But with snapping fighter-pilot para-demons, Steppin-wolfman, awkward-steppin Flash, long upper-lip Supes, and the other many oddities in this movie, its no wonder people feel a 4 hour version will clear things up.

Cyborg was a member of the Teen Titans and that group was a better fit for him, but in 2011 when DC rebooted the comics with the New 52, he was "promoted" to the JL lineup. Perhaps they wanted more diversity in the JL or a "fresh" face to create new dynamics within the team, but either way, I'm not a fan of the character. I thought the actor did a good job in the film and he had a good voice. I like the way he said to AM, "The ride ain't over!" He sounded like a superhero. The CGI looked lame tho.

I didnt mind ray fisher in the role either nor the character , even if he didnt do much, he was the least of jostice leagues problems. HC?s face, ezras running stlyle and a that joke of a batman (ben didnt care one bit about these reshoots Its pretty obvious, he was terrible in the theatrical version most likely on purpose since whedon made a joke of his character). That one line of dialog he had in the snyder cut Trailer was better delivered and more batman then anything be said or did in all of Jostice league. It actually reminded me of the bvs batman again. The jostice league one was a caricature of the bvs bats. A complete ****ing mockery of the character that we saw in bvs.

Batman can fill the hacker/computer role. Green Lantern > Cyborg any day of the week. Just recast him. Not like it hasn't been done before. Plus, you wouldn't get all the whining that Fisher is doing now.

David washington will be the next green lantern! He would have been perfect for bp replacement but disney has to handle that tactfully esp with alof of people saying they dont want him recast (i dont see how they can do that in the long run, i think shuri is better as the character she is now a cool unique side character), either way they stall/wait too long and warner will snatch him up

David Washington seems to be the weakest part of every movie he's been in so far. He's not bad, but not that great.

He is still a decent up an coming actor who else would be better as a John Stewart at this moment in time- keeping in mind the age of the actor. Michael b Jordan (would work) but he wont take it, he wants to be the “Superman” leader type role buts thats not going to happen. If they are willing to do a solo green lantern movie with many sequels planned he would probably reconsider. David washington would be much cheaper and come with less demands and is the perfect age

Michael B Jordan was in fantastic four, a movie notorius for Studio meddling and cutting budget, a director basically having a mental breakdown and burning down his career, and producers running around on set like headless chickens. But Michael did his job in a crappy situation, and moved on. The allegations here about ray's role as cyborg don't seem...that crazy to me. Am I missing something? A stressful work environment maybe, but DC ripped out Snyder and put in Whedon, who basically had the producers micromanaging Whedon's every step and ordered the movie run-time severely trimmed down. If you gave Whedon immunity and asked him about WB and the producers, he probably would say it was a nightmare. Whedon barely survived Age of Ultron, and Marvel is 100x more competently than WB at that time.
