Yea if you check out the set photos, most of the early shots he only had the sword on his back. Wonder if the extra piece was most cgi?..

Also I have seen some ppl figure out a way to piece the sheath on somehow to the quiver. Maybe taping it to the under side of the quiver.

Another thing you can do if you want him holding the sword with both the bow and quiver on his back (if you dont want to outright stretch/slot him through the bow) is potentially place the bow in between the quiver slot? It was something i was thinking of. Like you know the piece on the back where the quiver slides in? Well place the inner space of the bow down over it first. And then once you slot the quiver in snugly, it should hold in place. Just a thought. Havent tried it yet

That pose is very similar to the pose I have him in. Going to try to get the sheath on his back like that. I was originally going to place it parallel to the quiver but I really like how it looks perpendicular to it...movie accurate or not. Thanks!

Folks could try a THIN coat of clear nail polish or super glue to stabilize the &^%$ zipper pin. Y'all are better off than with CW Bucky jacket that had no pin at at all, so if u screw up that's a real pain to re-zip.

Happy if folks are happy with this fig; I just couldn't get past the sculpt etc. But it looks like one of HTs better efforts. Except for the *&&^% zipper.

The zipper on the Ronin jacket has to be the worst mistake I've ever seen Hot Toys make. Unlike zippers on other suits, like the Cap Stealth suit, this zipper has to be robust enough to be used repeatedly. Mine broke on the first try. They should have used a velcro closure, with a fake zipper like the regular vest.

OK, finally opened mine up and switched it over to the Ronin look. No major problem with the zipper on the Ronin jacket, but then I knew to take it slow. That jacket is much tighter than I expected, which didn't help matters. I had a bit of difficulty about halfway up, but that was due to the zipper catching the edges of the pleather. I just slid a safety pin along those edges to free them up and then it was fine. I'll probably have more of an issue with the side zipper on the vest if I ever decide to switch outfits, as the end of that zipper is beginning to fray. Anyway, here are a couple of quick phone pics...





BTW, is the magnet in the hood extremely weak or is it just mine? I'm not convinced it even has one...

Are we sure there is a magnet? I couldn't find one on mine. The hood is not weak at all. Mine has kept its' form even after I pulled it all the way back.

Per the instruction sheet there's a magnet in the hood, but I couldn't find it either. But I agree, the hood looks fine regardless.

Mine showed up the other day and when I unzipped the hooded vest, the bottom popped off the zipper. I tried for 2 days and I can't get the damn thing back on.

Whoever designed that vest must love to piss people off. Thank god, SS is going to send a replacement.

Honestly I’m probably going to do the same.

I might try the look at first, but I’ll probably default to the Hawkeye look.

I almost always go for the Deluxe/Exclusives for my figure/statue purchases if I can source the Deluxe sets locally or if I can only import the piece anyway. As the price difference between the options is sometimes a non issue, as I’m someone who likes display options even if there’s a chance I may not always utilise them all.

take it slow and don't force it. When you have it unzipped to the bottom, The insertion pin is on the right side and not the left. Hope that helps.

1. My deluxe is already on its way and reading about the zipper issue makes ne not to wont to bother with it
2. Resale value in case I sell it later on
