Excellent list Fubeca and the first 3 are must haves and i would also add Theoden but man i'll have to buy a new house if i ever complete that list.

Not sure if it would be cheap. Even though he's smaller than Aragorn, Galadriel, Gandalf - I guess there are a lot more detail to the little dwarf.
