Hot Toys is smart doing this stuff. People miss the original, so they re-release with less accessories. Keeps the original buyers happy and continue pre-ordering figures, while collectors that missed out can grab something at a reasonable price.

This "re-issue" doesn't surprise me... What does surprise me is how many people seem to be confused as to why it's not the black/red version... And as I've said with the "movie promo" for endgame, it seems the days of movie promos being genuinely unique figures are dead.

I wonder if this will start a trend of having sold out, high demand figures being re-issued as movie promos... I suppose that's better than slapping the label on a deluxe version of a figure and calling it movie promo.

That was always variable with the first release. I got lucky twice, others got a lemon their first shot.

This makes me happy! I regrettably had to sell my original one, so picking this up is a no brainers! I dont care about the headsculpt and the other accessories.

Tempted to pick up an extra for more dynamic posing. See what the suit can do without fear of wrecking my only copy. Not a cheap experiment, though. [emoji848]

Hmmm this is tempting. I did miss out on the first release. Hoping this is $199.99. A head sculpt is worth like $40 right? To be honest, as good as it looks, I would never even use the Holland sculpt. I still have the Bale sculpt from the DX12 stashed away and it has never been put onto the figure itself.

Edit: Just checked Toyark. The release is Q3-Q4 2019. No price yet.

I had a lemon from Popcultcha...and with the figure having been long sold out by the time I received it, there were no replacement options.

However, I still sold it for a small profit and the guy who bought it was delighted. Hoping for better luck this time around...will definitely go with Sideshow as they are pretty solid when it comes to arranging replacement parts.

HT doesn't sell 1/6 figures for under $200 anymore. I think the last spidey, non-deluxe, was like $230. This will be something like $219 probably.

Sideshow will price it probably around $230. Hot Toys is actually reasonable.

Bend and grab the ankles, this is 1 of 4 suits he wears during FFH so if HT goes long ball with him going to be a pricey movie just for one character. Not saying all will get made but surely 3 of 4. Lol, Spidey making up for Civil war and Endgame.

I cannot think of any single hero we have received with 3 figures in one move outside stark Mark VI/MarkVII/Mark VII Battle Damage but that was spread across years and not during one movie release.

I doubt we get the Iron Spider from FFH. I think the Avengers brand is more powerful than FFH and if anything the Iron Spider gets an Avengers reissue.
